The staff was friendly, open and helpful all the time. Gym was great, good variety of equipment. We liked the bathroom products in the pump bottles, especially the hand soap and lotion at the sink and the products in the shower - much cleaner and easy to use instead of a messy bar of soap. The restaurant didn't have gluten free bread options and once asked, they brought in a great variety of brown and white bread and bagels the very next day. Underground parking was clean and well lit The scent in the lobby, elevators, stairways and other areas was very pleasing, calming and refreshing The cleaning staff did a great job with cleaning our room every day, and they were very friendly and detailed.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in on a business trip. The staff are happy and smile. It was spotlessly clean. Great location for me, with amazing views from my room over the lake. Secure parking, great facilities and a good buffet breakfast available from 6am. So the important question is would I recommend it.........ABSOLUTELY and I would not hesistate in a moment to come back. EXCELLENT HOTEL

The property was perfect. Better than hotels at higher classes as my room (single king bed) was quite big, big TV, an armchair with a small table and a desk. Everything that any traveller needs. Especially I liked John’s (front desk) approach and friendliness to clients. I will definitely will book my room from this hotel for my next stays in sha Allah.

The breakfast buffet took my expectations beyond. Also, the gap between checking in and out is long. We enjoyed and maximized our stay. We are not rushing because of early checkout. The availability of the pool also was from 6:00-10:00, my kids indeed enjoyed there stay.
